The role As a Senior Associate, you will sit at the front of transactional matters, drawing on your M&A depth and taking genuine ownership of deals rather than occupying a back-seat role. You will advise Australian and international clients across a broad span of corporate and regulatory matters, work closely with partners on complex transactions, and help guide the junior lawyers around you. The work is varied, technically substantial and consistently high in quality, with the support of an experienced and well-regarded practice behind you.
